Ljs Studios had the pleasure of capturing Silk and Steel’s latest campaign, where the creative direction was all about embracing golden hues to evoke warmth and connection to the sun. The concept centred on sunlight as a metaphor for energy and timeless elegance, which we wanted to reflect in every shot. From the soft glow of early morning light to the rich amber tones of sunset, we played with controlled studio light to encapsulate those fleeting, nostalgic moments that feel almost like memories. With its luxurious jewellery and refined details, the collection itself mirrored this relationship to the sun—its warmth, softness, and ability to cast everything in a beautiful, golden glow. Each frame was carefully crafted to highlight not just the designs but the emotion they carried, creating a visual story that felt as warm and inviting as the sun itself. Through careful lighting, styling, and composition, we could draw out a sense of timeless beauty and tranquillity, allowing the campaign to radiate elegance and nostalgia.
